Puff Coat is made out of polyester velvet neoprene, with bedding, to give the volume and structure. The oversize classic shirt collar, and a square shape of body with puffy gathered sleeves. The floral french bulldog PCV logo is attached on the rectangular pocket. There are snap closures on the center front and each side of the sleeves to give variations of width of them.
