Bow Collar is made out of polyester velvet, it is designed to be puff and oversize in shape. There is a PVC brand logo, and an O ring for leash. The size and length is adjustable with a fastener, and the closure is a buckle. It can be worn for both humans and pets. 

*Please use the metal strap adjuster to adjust the sizes. Please kindly understand that it will be stiff/hard to fasten due to the material, velvet. We have used durable materials to strengthen velvet.
